Outer Worlds?

anyone played this? opinions? I don't know myself. The in-game stuff I've seen looks pretty, but the fallout-3-style dialogs and whatnot really don't do it for me. I'm more of a quest marker and combat kind of guy vs. the choose your own adventure with badly acted dialog type. There seems to be a lot of complexity in the loadout configuration, too.
Is the Outer Worlds something that SF should be shooting for or would you rather see something else entirely?
