pre-purchase Prem digital for PC what is next

HI,
I purchased Starfield digital for PC from the starfield site. Starfield redirected my to the Microsoft store. This was on about the 12th of Aug. Yesterday (the 22nd of Aug.) Microsoft charged my PayPal account. I have not received anything from Microsoft a receipt or instructions. I am wondering will I be getting am email from Microsoft with how and where to download?
