The new patch totally ruined my game!

I have been playing for a week and a half straight and the game ran beautifully on ultra graphics with no frame drops or anything. As soon as the new patch hit, all of a sudden the game is unplayable. Crazy frame drops, totally locked up graphics, crashes if I try to change resolution or switch to different settings. I hope there is a patch to fix the patch.
