Shadows In Neon quest bugged post update!

I was one of the many who were affected by the quest bug at launch. For me, Price was stuck in the corner making it impossible to continue the Freestar quest line. Weeks later, post-update and many gameplay hours later, now he’s nowhere to be found with a waypoint that’s bugged into the middle of a building.

Because I can’t finish this quest due to the bugs -> I can’t finish Cora and Sam’s quest -> which makes it impossible to finish the main mission “Further Into The Unknown” (because I can’t replace Sam with quest specific companions) !!!

I’ve had a lot of fun with this game but man this bug (even after the patch) really really disappoints me and prevents me progressing through the game

Anyone have solutions?
