I noticed something with New Atlantis, a number of their buildings have open door concepts, like the news station, the reporter is seated just inside of the doorway. This seems like an odd thing to do. I can see this space being an exterior lobby, or if there was a portion of the city for lower class persons just wealthy enough to escape the Well, their businesses being open to the elements like this. But not something with food or higher end commercial (like office work) in the rich part of the city (where we currently see).
